After 35 years of service with Sol Schwartz & Associates, we congratulate Manuel Long on his upcoming retirement on December 31, 2015. Manuel, who became a shareholder in 1987, headed up the firm’s Accounting and Audit practice for more than 30 years, while at the same time leading the firm’s International tax practice. Fellow shareholders, Arturo Machado, CPA will assume responsibilities for Manuel’s clients and head up the firm’s International tax group, while Cesar Mejia, CPA will continue to lead the firm’s Audit practice.
We extend our gratitude to Manuel for his many contributions to the firm’s success and wish him the best as he takes a long and well deserved vacation.
After retirement, Manuel plans to continue being available to the firm and to his clients on an as needed basis.
